Trip to Ajanta and Ellora

We recently went to see the large carved Buddhist caves at Ajanta and Ellora, near the city of Aurangabad. Trip started suddenly when I called up Prashant at his office just to confirm whether he is ready to bunk office. He agreed in couple of seconds and conveyed me that he can make it by the noon, so that he can take the half day leave from office. We started from here by 2PM but the time my Wagon-R passes Pune traffic it was already 3PM to start. We reached Aurangabad by 8PM and straightly went for sleep after having couple of beers.


Next day we started early in the morning to see Ajanta and Ellora caves. By that time I was getting pretty tired of seeing caves because I had happened to see quite a few already, but these are really incredible and make all of the others look ugly by comparison, so it was worth the trip, and I definitely won't see any more.
